Terms of Sale and Use
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These Terms of Sale and Use ("Terms") apply to the games published under the name Bad Dimension Games and sold on baddimensiongames.com, including Early Access versions (the "Games"). Bad Dimension Games is a game studio brand of Brite Technologies LLC, 36 Manushyan, 0012 Yerevan, Armenia ("we", "us"). By buying or using a Game you agree to these Terms.
What you buy
Each Game page describes what a purchase includes. An Early Access purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and play the current development build of that Game for macOS and/or Windows, every Early Access update we release until version 1.0, and the full version of the Game when it is released, at no extra cost. Downloads, your licence key and updates are available on your personal library page; the link is shown after checkout.
Early Access pre-orders
When a Game's playable build is not available yet, an Early Access purchase is a pre-order: the build appears on your library page as soon as it is ready, together with every later update. You can cancel a pre-order and get a full refund at any time before your first build becomes available (see the Refund Policy).
Early Access
Early Access games are unfinished. They may contain bugs, change significantly, lose progress between versions, and features shown on our pages may change or be removed before release. We do not guarantee a release date. If we stop developing a Game before 1.0, you keep the last build you were able to download.
Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the Game page, in the cart and at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions.
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our reseller and merchant of record, and are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle calculates and collects applicable sales tax or VAT, shown before you pay, and sends your receipt.
Licence and acceptable use
The Games, their builds, art, music and code remain our property. You may install a Game on computers you own or control for your own personal, non-commercial play. You may not resell, share or publish builds, licence keys or download links, and you may not reverse engineer the Games except where the law allows it. We may disable a licence that is shared publicly or bought fraudulently.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. A refunded purchase removes access to downloads and updates.
Disclaimer and liability
The Games are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page.
