Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Games bought on baddimensiongames.com from Brite Technologies LLC (Bad Dimension Games). Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
14-day refunds
If you are not happy with a purchase, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked, including for Early Access. Write to hello@britetodo.com from the email you paid with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Early Access pre-orders
If you pre-ordered Early Access and your first build is not available yet, you can cancel and get a full refund at any time until it is — and then within 14 days after it becomes available.
After 14 days
We may still refund in exceptional cases — for example if the Game does not run on a supported system and we cannot fix it. Contact us and we'll look at it.
What happens after a refund
A refunded order no longer has access to downloads, updates or its licence key.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
